☆ What is your refund policy?
- If your order is not to your satisfaction, please contact me with your order number, name, and address. I will send you a return label to return the package, and once it returns to me I will issue a full refund!
Some notes: full refunds do not include the cost of shipping. Refunds also cannot be issued for lost and/or damaged items. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
☆ What payments do you accept?
- I accept debit/credit card and Paypal payments through the Paypal and Stripe integrations on my shop!
☆ How long does it take to ship out an order?
- Depending on the size of an order, I try to ship them out within one week of ordering. That being said, I am a student, and sometimes delays may happen.
ALL* orders include tracked shipping, and my contact information is also available should you need to reach out with any questions!
*Some international orders may not include tracking depending on the destination country.
☆ Where can you ship to?
- I offer shipping to most international countries, except those the USPS is not shipping to. Those countries currently are:
Afghanistan, Australia (only Priority Mail International is currently not accepted), Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Cuba, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation (due to conflict in the region), Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, & Yemen
I am currently researching other shipping services in order to expand where I am able to ship packages. In the meantime, I also offer digital goods through my Patreon!

☆ Can you ship to the UK? What about other customs charges?
- Currently, I am not registered with a VAT number and do not have a way to collect VAT. I am able to ship to the UK, but VAT will fall under the buyer's responsibility at the point of reception.
- The buyer also holds responsibility for any charges incurred by the customs facility of their respective country. All international packages will be accurately documented in the customs forms required when I create the shipping label, in order to minimize any trouble for myself and the buyer, but should any charges occur, they are the responsibility of the buyer to pay in order to receive their package.
☆ How much is shipping?
UNITED STATES:
- Standard: $5.00 (Approx. delivery 3-5 days, includes tracking.)
- Priority: $7.00 (Approx. delivery 1-3 days, includes tracking.)
- Local Pickup: Free! (SAVANNAH, GA AREA ONLY)

CANADA:
- Standard: $12.00 (Approx. delivery 1-3+ weeks, includes tracking.)
- Priority: $20.00 (Approx. delivery 3-5 days, includes tracking. Shipped with UPS, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.)
INTERNATIONAL:
- Standard: $15.00 (Approx. delivery 1-3+ weeks, includes tracking for major countries.)
- Expedited: $50.00 (Approx. delivery 8-10 days, includes tracking for all orders.)
All standard shipping includes tracking (except for some international orders, depending on the destination country). Shipping rates are subject to change with the cost of the service.
